Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using ShellCloudAPI, you agree to these Terms of Service, applicable laws and the policies that apply to your own connected WhatsApp Business Platform account.
2. Current Service Scope
ShellCloudAPI provides software for WhatsApp messaging and, where enabled and supported, WhatsApp Business Calling. Services outside the WhatsApp Business Platform are not included in the current product scope.
3. Customer-Owned Business Assets
You connect and control your own WhatsApp Business Account, business phone number, templates, permissions, payment method and related Meta assets. You must have authority to use every account and asset connected to ShellCloudAPI.
4. Acceptable Use and Consent
You must not use ShellCloudAPI for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, unlawful content or unsolicited communications. You are responsible for obtaining required user consent and complying with applicable WhatsApp Business Platform policies, privacy laws and marketing rules.
5. Templates and Meta Review
Template submissions and approval decisions are controlled by Meta. ShellCloudAPI does not guarantee that any template, message, account, phone number or calling permission will be approved or remain available.
6. Billing Responsibilities
ShellCloud service fees may cover software subscriptions, hosting, support, automation, storage, agent access and optional WhatsApp Business Calling features. Any applicable Meta messaging or WhatsApp Business Calling charges are billed through your connected Meta account and are separate from ShellCloud service fees.
7. Suspension and Security
ShellCloudAPI may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect security, respond to legal obligations or address violations of these Terms. Meta may independently restrict connected business assets under its own policies.
8. Availability
Service availability may depend on internet connectivity, hosting infrastructure, Meta systems, connected account status and third-party services. Features may change where required by technical, legal, security or platform-policy updates.
9. Independent Platform Notice
ShellCloudAPI is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp. Meta and WhatsApp are trademarks of their respective owners.
10. Termination
You may stop using ShellCloudAPI and request account closure through the support channel available in the platform. Provisions concerning security, payment obligations, intellectual property and legal compliance may continue where applicable.
