ShellCloudAPI is an independent software platform that helps businesses connect and manage their own WhatsApp Business Platform accounts. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use ShellCloudAPI.
2. Information We Process
Depending on the features you use, we may process account information such as your name, business name, email address and phone number; WhatsApp Business Account identifiers; Phone Number IDs; webhook configuration; message and template metadata; support communications; technical logs; and configuration information needed to connect your account.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide authentication, workspace administration, WhatsApp messaging tools, template management, automation, reporting, support, security monitoring and WhatsApp Business Calling features where those features are enabled and supported.
4. Customer-Controlled Meta Connection
Customers connect their own WhatsApp Business Account and related Meta assets. ShellCloudAPI does not claim ownership of customer Meta assets. Customers are responsible for their Meta account, permissions, payment method, policies and any charges billed through their connected Meta account.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, security and technical service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate ShellCloudAPI, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse or provide requested support.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, limited administrative access and encrypted transport where supported. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and customers must also protect their login credentials, access tokens and connected business assets.
7. Retention and Deletion
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Account holders may request deletion of their ShellCloudAPI account data through the support channel available in the platform. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing or legal compliance.

ShellCloudAPI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp. Meta and WhatsApp are trademarks of their respective owners.
